Javier E. Navarro / Founder
Javier is a cross-border logistics and supply chain advisor with over two decades of experience operating at the intersection of the United States and Mexico.
Has led complex transportation, procurement, and network optimization initiatives across automotive, industrial, and manufacturing sectors, working with both shippers and logistics providers.
Throughout his career, Javier has developed a deep understanding of how cross-border supply chains truly function, beyond theory and into execution. His expertise spans carrier strategy, rail and intermodal development, customs and trade compliance, and end-to-end network design.
Prior to founding North27 Group, he held leadership roles at Redwood Logistics, Buckland Global trade and Yusen Logistics where he worked closely with enterprise clients to improve cost structures, increase visibility, and align logistics operations with broader business strategy.
Today, Javier advises companies moving freight across the U.S.–Mexico corridor, helping them eliminate inefficiencies, unlock structural savings, and build more integrated, resilient supply chains.
N27 operates through a curated network of experienced professionals across the U.S.–Mexico logistics ecosystem. Depending on the scope of each engagement.
Javier collaborates with specialists in customs brokerage, trade compliance, transportation procurement, rail and intermodal operations, and cross-border regulatory strategy. This model allows North 27 to deliver highly targeted expertise while maintaining independence and objectivity—assembling the right capabilities for each project without being tied to any single provider or solution.
